returns and cancellations

we are sure you’ll be happy with the items you purchase, however if you're not completely satisfied you may exercise your right of cancellation in respect of the goods as long as it is within seven (7) days. this first day of this seven day period is the day any goods are received and signed for. After this, returns are not accepted - please check all deliveries at your earliest convenience.

once we receive confirmation of your wish to cancel your order, we will email you a return code and address. write the return code on the outside of the package, and then return the goods to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality). all returns must be sent fully insured.

when you have cancelled your order, you must retain possession of any goods and ensure that they are kept in the same condition as they were when they were delivered, until such time that they are delivered back to us.

we will refund the full cost of the goods, including the original postage and packaging and will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. your refund will be made within 30 days of you cancelling the order.

your returns and cancellations rights apply to all goods on our website.

damaged or faulty goods

we employ professional couriers and go to great lengths to package all deliveries securely. nevertheless, you must examine goods on arrival before signing for them.

goods must be moved carefully from packaging as we accept no liability for damage incurred to the artwork during unpacking. all items are packaged before sending with the utmost care and attention - any artwork not in 100% condition as dictated by the artist's working process will not be dispatched.

we will refund the full purchase price including postage and packing of an goods which are delivered in a damaged or faulty condition (other than due to failure to follow instructions or misuse). alternatively, if you prefer and subject to stock availability, we will replace the item with the same or a similar product. if a product is damaged, please contact us immediately and no later than 7 working days of receipt.

we reserve the right to refuse to issue a refund/replacement and to recover the cost of the returns delivery from you in the event that the item is found to have suffered damage after delivery or has been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear. this does not affect your statutory rights.
