KAWS was first known for his work as a graffiti artist and his subversive approach to popular imagery on bus shelter and phone booth advertisements. This is the first comprehensive survey of KAWS body of work, from 1993 through to 2010. The KAWS book is published by The Aldrich and Skira Rizzoli and features a retrospective look into the artist�s successful work. Among the work shown is KAWS� early poster re-appropriations as well as some of his toys created with MEDICOM TOY.
