Luca Sage graduated from the University of Brighton in 2004 with a 1st class degree. Luca has recently won four international photography awards, the Foto8 Summershow 2011, the KL Photo Awards 2011, the 'Four Four Two' World Football Photo Award and the LPA Portraiture Awards 2011. Whilst still a student Luca was selected for the prestigious Schweppes Portrait Prize and received two national student awards.

Luca Sage has now been selected for the Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize on a total of four separate occasions, his large format portraits have been exhibited both nationally and internationally, including the National Portrait Gallery in London.

Luca Sage's commissions cover editorial, fashion and advertising shoots for magazines such as The Telegraph, The Independent on Sunday, The Guardian on Saturday, Monocle and ARISE. Luca has also shot and directed Super 8 films for Hackett on location in South Africa, Scotland and Sicily.
